Boston bean hot pot at my Mum's house (I was visiting on the way
back from London) - one of the old family classics. We'd just got back from our evening audience with nana banana and I started this off while I phoned the hotel in Portugal. Minutes later it was confirmed - I was off the next afternoon. Suddenly so many things to do.......
There was an aubergine which needed using up so I roasted this with a little olive oil - the two seem to to well together.
