Your recipe is very similar to mine, I use a mixture of ricotta, cream cheese and creme fraiche. I added white chocolate and raspberries to my last cheesecake, that was really good.
I really like you little cheesecakes served in glasses, that's a fantastic idea!
Came from an ancient Dairy cookbook originally & I've adapted the amounts.
