Recipe please - love the sound of these.
It's the same basic bread mix:
750g bread flour
430ml warm water
20ml olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 sachet instant yeast
but once it's proved you mix in pesto - maybe a tablespoon. You could use nettle pesto. Once it's been kneaded in you can make you rolls. Start off with a normal round bread roll which gives you the right amount (I remember making my first test batch huge because I didn't measure it like this). You roll it out into a long rope and twist it and then let them prove again.
