Crab salad - the classic dish that everyone loves
Roast saddle of lamb with caper and mint red wine sauce

served with rosemary roast potatoes, chantenay carrots, french beans and mangetout in red onions

I served the above at Broadwell Farm (one of my favourite kitchens to work in) at Broadwell near Stow Sunday 30th November 2008.

Meanwhile in Broadway on the same day, a group of regular clients chose smoked trout parcels. Nomally topped with tiny bit of caviar, as they had had this with their starter two days before, on this occasion they had a spear of asparagus to garnish the top.
